On the basis of architectural solution of buildign with seven-storey volume there is a need to fulfil solar regulatory requirements for adjacent buildings with residential function. Analyzing this provision arises neccesity to design ''cutout'' in the middlle of the building, accordingly ensuring insolation for adjacent buildings. As a result building has composition of two volumes, which are''detached'' from each other above level 2, forming patio structure in couryard – added value to dwellings - which becomes a main distingushing sign and presentative element of this building.

Shielding intended for Brivibas St. facade is designed to protect courtyard space from adverse transport impact (noise, dust).

Plaster finish, plate material – in shape of hanging facade, glass, covering elements in tin sheeting are the materials characterizing external cladding.
